Our Ingredients
Filling ~ Raw cashews, Tofu, Organic Agave, Water, Organic Coconut oil, vanilla, salt, VT apple cider vinegar, vegan xanthan gum.
Crust ~ White Rice Flour, Organic Vermont Maple Syrup, Arrowroot, VT maple sugar, Coconut oil, vanilla, baking powder,
baking soda, salt. Toppings: fruit sweetened with either Organic Vermont Maple Syrup or organic agave and that's it. Chocolate... organic mix of dark and semi-sweet vegan chips and soy milk.
