Our Ingredients
Filling ~ Raw cashews, Tofu, Organic Agave, Organic Coconut oil, vanilla, salt, apple cider vinegar, xanthan gum. Crust ~ White Rice Flour, Organic Vermont Maple Syrup, Arrowroot, Organic Brown Sugar, Canola Oil, vanilla, baking powder, baking salt, salt. Toppings: Mostly organic fruit, sweetened with either Organic Vermont Maple Syrup or organic agave and that's it. Chocolate... organic mix of dark and semi-sweet vegan chips and some soy milk.
